John Taylor, Vice President & General Manager
Mr. Taylor is the Field Aerospace Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Taylor’s organization is responsible for aircraft modification design, 制造, 安装, FAA certification, Programmed Depot Maintenance, heavy maintenance, and flight operations. These capabilities are used to support the fixed and rotary wing assets of the military forces and agencies of the United States and other countries worldwide.
Mr. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical 工程 from Drexel University in 1986. He joined ARINC in 1993 as a program manager specializing in aviation night vision lighting. Since then, Mr. Taylor has held several different management and program management positions all related to aerospace programs. Prior to the acquisition by Field Aerospace, Mr. Taylor successfully managed two of the largest programs that ARINC has ever executed with a value exceeding $500 million. Mr. Taylor spent 17 years at the ARINC corporate headquarters in Annapolis, Maryland and relocated to Oklahoma City in 2010 after being appointed as the Staff Vice President of the Aircraft Integration Modification & Maintenance Division. He was appointed Vice President & General Manager of Field Aerospace in 2015.
Mark Massie, Director of Contracts, Subcontracts and Procurement
Mr. Massie earned an Associate of Business Administration from Grayson County Junior College in Denison, 德州, a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma and a Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
Mark began his career at ARINC in 2001 as a Sr. Subcontracts Specialist and was soon promoted to a Principal Subcontracts Specialist. Shortly after being promoted to a Principal Subcontracts Specialist, he was promoted to management and has been in Contracts/Subcontracts/Procurement management since 2005. Prior to Field Aerospace, he served as an F100 Engine Section Chief, an Unlimited Warranted Procurement Contracting Officer and Cost/Price Analyst at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma for approximately 15 years. During his tenure at Tinker, he was selected to participate in the Copper Cap Training program (A Cross-Training, Career Broadening Program that included various assignments). Mark has 29 years of Public/Private contracting experience.
